1. Introduction

Welcome to Punarvasu! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at https://punarvasu.in (together or individually "Service") operated by Punarvasu.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Content

Our Service allows you to create, generate, and download marriage biodata documents. You are responsible for the content that you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the right to use the information and photos you provide.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Purchases and Payments

Punarvasu offers paid features (such as Premium Templates or removing watermarks) for a one-time fee.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any errors or issues arising from the payment processor's system.

4. Data Persistence & Loss

Your Data is Local: Punarvasu is a privacy-focused tool. The biodata information you enter is primarily stored in your browser's local storage (cache).

Responsibility: You are responsible for downloading and saving your final PDF. If you clear your browser cache, use a different device, or incognito mode, your draft data may be lost. Punarvasu cannot recover lost biodata information as we do not store it on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service/Templates and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality form the exclusive property of Punarvasu and its licensors.

License to Users: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated PDF for your personal use (e.g., sharing with prospective matches). You may not resell or redistribute our template designs as your own.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Punarvasu, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
